Kylene Canon-Smith is a lifelong Easthampton resident who has been helping clients achieve their real estate goals since 2002, blending deep community roots with two decades of professional expertise. She earned a bachelor’s degree from UMass Amherst and a master’s degree from Cambridge College, and holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and received her Broker’s License in 2025.
Proud to work in the family business for over 20 years, Kylene takes great satisfaction in guiding clients through each step of a real estate transaction, anticipating challenges and providing support with professionalism and compassion. She resides with her husband, Eric, and their three sons -Trevor, Chase, and Ryder – in the same community where she was raised, and cherishes watching them grow up surrounded by the familiarity and values of their hometown.
