Tom is a lifelong resident of the City of Easthampton. As a result he is very knowledgeable with the Real Estate market in the surrounding communities.

I guess you could say he has “sales in his blood “… having worked nearly twenty years in retail management and now going on thirty years in Real Estate. The old adage, location, location , location is considered the three most important things in Real Estate. Tom has three more…communication, communication, communication and this is one of the keys to his success! It is of utmost importance that a direct dialogue be maintained between him and his clients every step of the way through the buying or selling process. Tom’s sense of humor can at times take the edge off any potential stressful moments. His goal is always a smooth and comfortable transaction.

Tom is married to Deb, a thirty seven year, now retired Easthampton teacher. They have two adult daughters, Audrey and Michelle, and the joy of their lives, their young grandchildren , Weston and Riley. When not busy with Real Estate Tom enjoys camping, cooking, gardening and travel…especially to warm places in the winter.

“How can we say thank you to such an amazing realtor? You made the process easy and always offered reassurance. You were able to talk us off a cliff when needed the most. Even during this stressful time you made us laugh. We felt at ease while away on a much needed vacation knowing you were on the job. We are so very lucky to have met you 5 years ago and even luckier to be able to work with you again. You are amazing.” – Kristin  O.

“When we met with Tom for the first time at our old house that we rented, he was so professional. He listened to our needs, our thought and answered all of our questions. Always being positive and looking at options for us. From there it seemed to all be very easy and smooth, as Tom was always there, for any and all questions. If he was not the right person to ask, he suggested experts to ask. Having a pre-approval in the range we expected, we set out with Tom to see houses. Tom went above and beyond on many occasions. Since houses in our price range frequently sold within 48 hours after the 1st showing, Tom worked his magic more than once to get us a pre-showing, when my business travel demanded me to be out of town. This allowed us to have a bid in place for the open house and be in the race as a bidder. We saw many houses over the past few months, not even sure how many. When we got disappointed or discouraged, Tom was there to support and encourage us. He always knew what to say and said it with a smile. Never did he push us into looking to spend more or sacrifice our location requirement. He even ruled out houses, that he knew would not meet our needs. In closing, you have an amazing associate in Tom, who represents your firm in the highest quality. As a General Manager for many years for Marriott & Hilton hotels, I can assure you that Tom is among the best of the best in customer service, I have encountered in 20 years of managing hotels. A true asset to your team and an enrichment to the future house buyers in this market. As we told Tom, we bought this house for the rest of our lives and we may not be in the market again. But if some reason arises that we have to use a realtor, Tom would be our only choice!” – Peter M.
