Buying and selling real estate is a big life event that most only do a few times. But there’s no reason to fret, that’s where Melissa comes in. Using her extensive marketing, banking, and property management experience she helps her clients buy and sell confidently. She teaches them to properly price a home balancing intuition and analytics, she shares the latest research for crafting a marketing plan that exposes a home to the broadest possible audience increasing the chances of a top dollar offer, and she prepares them for the inevitable negotiations that take place even after a price is agreed to. In other words she teaches them to be smart real estate consumers. If that approach sounds empowering, give her a call, she’d love to tell you more.
